Shooting Star's Vision
“You know if I reckon right it was all these visions he had going on in his mind’s eye. It was the most weird and incredible thing. He never did nothin’ like that before. One day he went down into the cellar and stayed there a while. After he came out he said the earth, sky, and sea can’t compare to what lay hidden in the earth. He bought himself a paper and pencil and strolled right down to the diner to draw his visions. He scribbled in his notebook all night drinking cup after cup of that good ol’ black coffee.” - Frog Gap resident, 1997.
